CTS Services for Aalborg University
CTS Services for Aalborg University: Service, maintenance, and annual updates of all Schneider CTS installations (software and hardware) to the newest EcoStruxure Building Operation version, including planning, notification, backup, installation, functional control, integration checks, and documentation. Additionally, the services include CTS contract tasks for new construction, conversion, and renovation projects, as well as other technical projects. Furthermore, 24/7 technical remote support with optional physical on-call support for urgent tasks is required, covering all AAU locations and Schneider Electric CTS systems (platform, software, hardware). The existing CTS platform comprises approximately 200 automation servers, 1029 Xenta controllers, and approximately 20 Sigma controllers, covering approximately 235,000 m² across approximately 63 buildings at three campus locations (Aalborg, Esbjerg, Copenhagen). A primary and a secondary contractor are sought, with the secondary contractor stepping in if the primary contractor fails, misses deadlines, or breaches the contract.
