Total consultancy services for Aalborg University construction projects: Framework agreement for the provision of design and overall project materials, including relevant phases, design management, coordination, and authority handling. Projects up to DKK 450,000.00 are directly awarded to the primary consultant; projects between DKK 450,000.00 and DKK 1,200,000.00 are directly awarded to the primary consultant or alternatively via mini-tender between primary and secondary consultants. Projects exceeding DKK 1,200,000.00 are subject to individual decision regarding mini-tender or other procedures. Up to two consultants will be appointed as primary and secondary consultants. The framework agreement covers larger projects and minor operational tasks, including technical sparring, troubleshooting, minor renovations, and optimization of indoor climate and facilities. The average annual value is approximately DKK 6,500,000.00, with a maximum total value of the framework agreement set at DKK 36,400,000.00.
