Roofing works for the renovation and transformation of the former National Library
Roofing works: Demolition of existing roof covering and new slate roofing: 2,400 m²; restoration of sarking: 1,880 m²; complex under the sarking (thermal insulation, vapor barrier, interior lining): 2,400 m²; reconstruction of dormer windows: 36 pcs; shoring of constructions, reinforcements/replacements in softwood; beams and posts in solid oak wood: 100 linear meters; bracing system, restoration of metal parts; cleaning of historical timber frames. The execution period is 220 working days, starting in the first half of 2027. The works are awarded at unit prices.
