Roofing and Plumbing Works for Heinrich-Hertz-Schule New Building

Roofing and plumbing works for the three-story new building of the Heinrich-Hertz-Schule (GFA approx. 3,600 m²): Insulation and waterproofing of the roof area (approx. 1,500 m²), manufacturing and installation of rooflights with RWA function, fall protection system, drainage elements, and aluminum coping covers. Creation and maintenance of extensive green roofing. Upon completion, the building envelope must be sealed. Construction site setup measures such as construction fence, tree protection, container accommodation, site access roads, temporary roads, construction power, and construction water are client-provided services and not part of the contract; further items as per the tender documents.
