Services include reinforced concrete works for the shell construction of a building with an approximate footprint of 2,000 m² and three different roof levels, ranging from ground floor to 3rd upper floor, with the highest roof level being approximately 16.50 m high. The supporting structure primarily consists of floor slabs supported by facade columns and pillars, supplemented by cross walls and staircases. Fair-faced concrete quality SB2 must be produced, as the concrete surfaces will be plastered on-site and individual partial areas are intended to remain visible.
