Project management services for CampusHafenCity: Construction-accompanying quality assurance controlling including defect management, review of execution planning against contractual requirements, technical and contractual consulting services regarding claim management and defect resolution in the contractual relationship with the general contractor. The technical consultant acts as quality assurance for contractually agreed services and qualities in planning and execution phases until handover to users, commissioning, and acceptance by the general contractor. Defect management and communication with the general contractor during realization until all acceptance defects are resolved. Communication with the client's representative (GMH), project control, project management, and appointed specialist planners (including artistic overall management of service phase 8) of the building owner (SBH). Additionally, the currently valid HOAI with its service specifications for plan review and object supervision as quality assurance for service phase 8 applies.
