Roofing Works for the New Construction of Hauptschule Ibbenbüren

Roofing works for the new construction of Hauptschule Ibbenbüren: approx. 2,200 m² ground sealing, approx. 300 m² trapezoidal sheet metal works, approx. 2,200 m² flat roof sealing including insulation and drainage, approx. 1,800 m² green roof including PV substructure, approx. 10 roof domes (partially as SHEVs), and approx. 370 m parapet capping. The execution must meet the requirements of the DGNB certification regarding resource efficiency, emission reduction, occupational safety, and documentation obligations. Execution period: provisional start of sealing works week 39/2027, provisional completion of sealing works week 47/2027; provisional start of green roof week 48/2027, provisional completion of green roof week 52/2027.
