Roofing work for the new sports hall in Ibbenbüren: approx. 50 m² floor waterproofing, approx. 260 m² trapezoidal sheet metal work, approx. 4,100 m² flat roof waterproofing including insulation and drainage, approx. 3,360 m² green roof including PV substructure, approx. 165 m fall protection railing, approx. 420 m parapet flashing, approx. 10 roof domes partly as smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (SHEV). Execution period: trapezoidal sheet metal work expected to start in calendar week 51, 2027, expected completion in calendar week 03, 2028; waterproofing work expected to start in calendar week 4, 2028, expected completion in calendar week 12, 2028; green roof expected to start in calendar week 13, 2028, expected completion in calendar week 16, 2028.
