DGNB Auditor Services for Helene-Lange-Schule Sports Hall New Construction

DGNB auditor services for the certification of the newly constructed sports hall at Helene-Lange-Schule in Wiesbaden: The sports hall is to be certified according to the DGNB System using the Sustainable Building Quality Seal, QNG+, with a target level of at least BNB 75 percent. The service includes complete technical support, coordination, documentation, auditing, and submission of certification documents until DGNB certification is obtained using QNG+. A pre-check of the current planning status for certifiability is part of the basic service in Stage I. Requirements for DGNB and QNG+ must be incorporated into planning, tendering, awarding, execution, and documentation. The contractor evaluates services regarding certification goals, participates in tendering and awarding processes concerning certification-relevant requirements, and handles project registration and communication with DGNB. Certification documentation must be prepared, submitted, and the process accompanied until certificate issuance, including first and second reviews. A third review is an optional item to be commissioned separately. Optional items such as pre-certification, additional on-site appointments, additional reporting, further measure and potential analyses, and material-ecological consulting are to be offered separately and are only due upon explicit commissioning. The project manager must be qualified as a DGNB Auditor (proof by certificate from Steinbeis Institute or equivalent). The project is currently in service phase 3. The service must be adapted to the project schedule: design planning by December 2026, approval planning by October 2027, execution planning by April 2028, tendering and awarding by October 2028, and construction of the sports hall by May 2030. Excluded are object planning, specialist planning, construction management, SiGeKo services, BNB coordination for the overall project, original cost and schedule planning, technical calculations and verifications, services for other project parts without direct relevance to the DGNB certification of the sports hall, and legal review of tender documents.
