Diagnostic Surveys, Laboratory Tests, and PAU Assessment for Municipal Roads in České Budějovice

Diagnostic surveys, exploratory works, laboratory tests, and PAU assessment according to Decree No. 283/2023 Sb. for selected sidewalks, parking lots, and roads owned and managed by the City of České Budějovice: provision of data for the Road Management System (SHV) at project preparation level according to TP 87 MD ČR; diagnostic surveys of roads and sidewalks according to TP 82 and TP 87, including proposals for repairs and reconstructions in variant solutions for a minimum of 8 and 15 years or the design life for total reconstructions; supplementary activities according to Art. 4.4 TP 87 MD ČR; visual inspections according to TP 82 to determine the scope and method of sub-base and subgrade remediation; sample collection for environmental analyses according to Decree No. 273/2021 Sb. and No. 283/2023 Sb.; performance of control and acceptance tests by an accredited ČIA o.p.s. laboratory for soils, aggregates, asphalt binder, asphalt mixtures, unbound layers, structural layers, and concrete, including sampling; partial design work and technical supervision of the builder as required; technical and technological consulting for the implementation of repairs and reconstructions of roads and sidewalks according to TP 170. The estimated duration is 48 months, with a minimum order value of 500,000 CZK net within 12 months.
