Employee bicycle leasing for staff: Full-service offer comprising the provision of bicycles and pedelecs (up to 25 km/h, S-pedelecs excluded) via leasing through individual call-offs, a digital platform for complete processing (ordering, handover, billing) including a monthly interface to payroll accounting (kidicap), insurance and serviceleistungen, full employer default protection in case of payment default by the participating person, as well as implementation, training, and ongoing platform operation. The employee bicycle leasing is implemented exclusively via salary conversion; no subsidy is provided by the client. Planning size: approximately 160 participating employees. Maximum quantity 500 leased bicycles, maximum value 3,600,000 EUR net. Framework agreement duration 48 months, service start from 01.01.2027; individual leasing contracts typically 36 months.
