Supply of medical materials: Offered medical devices must possess attestations and certificates, be registered and placed on the market in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 (Dz. U. 2024, item 1620), and comply with applicable standards or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions to specified trademarks, patents, or technical standards are permitted. Goods must not originate more than 50% of the total value from the People's Republic of China, and subcontracting exceeding 50% of the contract value to Chinese entities is not allowed, in accordance with EU Regulations 2025/1197 and 2022/1031 (IZM). Evaluation criteria are Price (80%) and Delivery Time (20%).
