Delivery of medical equipment: Offered medical devices must possess required approvals and certificates, be placed on the market and used in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 (Dz. U. of 2024, item 1620 with later amendments), and comply with applicable standards or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions to mentioned trademarks, patents, or processes are permissible. Offers will be evaluated based on price (60%), warranty period (20%), and delivery time (20%) for tasks 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10.
