Supply of medical devices for invasive neurosurgical procedures: Devices must possess required attestations and certificates, be registered and placed on the market in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and comply with applicable norms or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions are permissible. Goods deliveries and subcontracting, if the order falls under the IZM measure, may originate from the People's Republic of China for a maximum of 50% of the total contract value. Evaluation criteria are price (80%) and delivery time for additional orders (20%).
