Delivery of Equipment for Radiopharmaceutical Preparation for SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łódź

Delivery of a set of basic equipment for radiopharmaceutical preparation: device for visual assessment of radiopharmaceuticals, device for glove integrity testing, stainless steel medical table, semi-automatic radiopharmaceutical dispenser, beta-radioactive waste container, radioactivity meter, preliminary chambers, isolator-type chamber, biohazard-type chamber in quantities specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The equipment must include operating instructions in Polish and possess relevant documents as per the SWZ; a minimum warranty period as specified in Annex No. 2 and 2A of the SWZ is required. The detailed scope of services is contained in Annex No. 2A of the SWZ. The order comprises one package; partial offers are not permitted. No option rights are exercised.
