Tenderers must offer vehicle delivery and workshops within the contracting authority's local area. Vehicles to be procured primarily include passenger vehicles, multi-purpose vehicles (up to 9 seats), goods vans (all types including pick-ups, under 3.5 tons), and minibuses (up to 17 seats).
