Delivery, installation, and maintenance of Touchscreens for the Rotterdamse Vereniging voor Katholiek Onderwijs (RVKO): Provision and ready-for-use delivery of touchscreens including accessories, integration of client-provided mini-PCs, delivery of various mounting options, placement, assembly, configuration, installation, and commissioning of devices. Dismantling and disposal of existing touchscreens if necessary, relocation of existing touchscreens and accessories within and between RVKO locations, including transport, dismantling, reinstallation, and reassembly. This includes cable management, functional testing, updating management systems, ensuring safe final setup, and handover of a fully functional installation. Delivery of additional accessories, advice, user instructions, training, and knowledge transfer. Maintenance, service, support, and warranty, including corrective and preventive maintenance for delivered touchscreens and accessories. Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for malfunctions, maintenance, and warranty issues for the existing installed base, performing preventive maintenance for this base. Resolution of malfunctions and defects according to agreed service levels, periodic provision of management information, and participation in contract meetings. Excluded are ICT hardware, network components, software, licenses, other ICT services, structural work, and electrical engineering beyond necessary connection work. Estimated total contract value for the maximum duration of the framework agreement: €4,500,000.00 net.
