Electrical installation for the modernization and further development of the Saxon Stonemason School Demitz-Thumitz into a Competence Center Stone: 2 low-voltage current transformer metering cabinets, 6 sub-distributions, 10,000 m cables and wires, 7,000 m low-current wiring, 500 installation devices, 130 luminaires, safety lighting system, earthing and lightning protection system, time service system, electroacoustic system, house alarm system, smoke extraction system, structured cabling, 3 maintenance services. The service includes the installation, maintenance, and repair of the smoke and heat extraction system, safety lighting, and fire alarm system for a period of 4 years. Workshop and production planning services are required. Construction start is October 19, 2026, rough installation from October 19, 2026, to May 14, 2027, fine installation from June 07, 2027, to October 15, 2027, completion on November 15, 2027. Alternative bids are permitted, subject to proof of equivalence in constructive-technical, building physics, fire protection, and functional properties. The award criterion is price. Proof of suitability is provided via self-declaration of suitability or pre-qualification; further items as per the tender documents.
