Electronic Waste Collection Points for Chełm

Electronic waste collection points (3 units) for selective municipal waste collection in Chełm: equipped with an access control system, video monitoring system, IT system for managing the operation of the points, and a separate room for handing over items for reuse. The collection points will enable the collection of at least 12 waste fractions, problematic waste (e.g., textiles, small electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, expired medicines, small plastics), temporary handover of items for reuse ("second life"), user identification and registration of handed-over waste, and optimization of collection logistics through fill level monitoring. The order also includes the delivery of waste containers, access cards, provision of access to the IT system in a cloud model, transport, assembly and commissioning, training of the contracting authority's personnel, functional testing, preparation and execution of an information and education campaign, and a quality guarantee. The collection points must be factory new and free from defects. Costs for customs, administrative fees, transport, loading and unloading, assembly, commissioning, training, testing, campaign, and insurance must be included in the offer valuation. The project is implemented as part of the "Modernization of the Municipal Waste Processing Plant MPGK Sp. z o.o. in Chełm" and is co-financed under the "European Funds for Lubelskie 2021-2027" program.
