Disposal and treatment of oily sludge waste: Extraction, preparation, loading, transport, and treatment of waste from oil-water separators at former Volán facilities of MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. in Vas, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Zala, Veszprém, Somogy, Tolna, and Baranya counties, estimated quantity 540,035 kg. Waste types include oily sludge (HAK codes: 13 05 01*, 13 05 02*, 13 05 07*, 13 05 08*), solid material from sand traps and oil-water separators, sludge from oil-water separators, oil-containing water from oil-water separators, and mixtures of waste from sand traps and oil-water separators. Services must comply with Act CLXXXV of 2012 on waste, based on the contractor's own waste management permit or with a subcontractor. The framework agreement has a net value of 41,084,000 HUF, with a minimum ordering obligation for 70% of the framework amount, i.e., net 28,758,800 HUF. The non-obligatory part of the framework amount is net 12,325,200 HUF. Further details are in the technical description in Chapter II of the procurement documents.
