Maintenance and Repair of Air Conditioning Systems for Buses

Maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems for buses: Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems in air-conditioned buses operated by MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. The contract duration is 24 months or until the framework amount of net 8,000,000 HUF is exhausted. A call-off obligation of 70% of the framework amount applies. Services include maintenance and repair of various AC system brands and types as listed in Annex 1, with the possibility of extension to newly acquired vehicles. Required qualifications include professional knowledge, material and personnel resources, and necessary permits, including registration in the National Climate Protection Authority's Climate Gas database according to Government Decree 14/2015 (II.10) Korm. and an F-Gas climate gas qualification certificate according to EM Decree 1/2025 (I. 13.). A service workshop/repair base must be available at the time of contract signing. Work must be performed according to the technological instructions of the AC system and bus manufacturers; for refrigerant charging, only manufacturer-approved gases and lubricants may be used.
