Ajánlatkérő Mercedes gyártmányú autóbuszokhoz alkatrészek beszerzésére kíván szerződni adásvételi keretszerződés keretében összesen nettó 1.229.630.176 Ft keretösszeg erejéig. Ajánlatkérő által kalkulált, tervezett mennyiség a szerződés időtartama alatt: 39.860 darab. Ajánlatkérő a megadott várható, tervezett mennyiségre nem vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Ajánlattevőnek az általa szállított termékekre minimum 12 hónap jótállást kell vállalnia km korlátozás nélkül kivéve, ha jogszabályi kötelező rendelkezése ennél hosszabb jótállási kötelezettséget ír elő, az e feletti megajánlást (legfeljebb további 12 hónap) ajánlatkérő az értékelés során veszi figyelembe. A nyertes ajánlattevő által szállítandó alkatrészek pontos leírását a közbeszerzési dokumentumok mellékletét képező kiadásra kerülő műszaki leírás tartalmazza.

Disposal and treatment of oily sludge waste: Extraction, preparation, loading, transport, and treatment of waste from oil-water separators at former Volán facilities of MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. in Vas, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Zala, Veszprém, Somogy, Tolna, and Baranya counties, estimated quantity 540,035 kg. Waste types include oily sludge (HAK codes: 13 05 01*, 13 05 02*, 13 05 07*, 13 05 08*), solid material from sand traps and oil-water separators, sludge from oil-water separators, oil-containing water from oil-water separators, and mixtures of waste from sand traps and oil-water separators. Services must comply with Act CLXXXV of 2012 on waste, based on the contractor's own waste management permit or with a subcontractor. The framework agreement has a net value of 41,084,000 HUF, with a minimum ordering obligation for 70% of the framework amount, i.e., net 28,758,800 HUF. The non-obligatory part of the framework amount is net 12,325,200 HUF. Further details are in the technical description in Chapter II of the procurement documents.

Maintenance and Repair of Air Conditioning Systems for Buses

Maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems for buses: Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems in air-conditioned buses operated by MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. The contract duration is 24 months or until the framework amount of net 8,000,000 HUF is exhausted. A call-off obligation of 70% of the framework amount applies. Services include maintenance and repair of various AC system brands and types as listed in Annex 1, with the possibility of extension to newly acquired vehicles. Required qualifications include professional knowledge, material and personnel resources, and necessary permits, including registration in the National Climate Protection Authority's Climate Gas database according to Government Decree 14/2015 (II.10) Korm. and an F-Gas climate gas qualification certificate according to EM Decree 1/2025 (I. 13.). A service workshop/repair base must be available at the time of contract signing. Work must be performed according to the technological instructions of the AC system and bus manufacturers; for refrigerant charging, only manufacturer-approved gases and lubricants may be used.
