Development and implementation of a mobile application for Gdańsk

Development and implementation of a digital platform connecting Gdańsk residents with local artisans. Requirements for infrastructure, security, and application functionality, as well as implementation stages, are detailed in Annex 1a of the tender documents. The basic contract duration is 48 months from contract signing and includes the following stages: pre-implementation analysis (2 months), application implementation (9 months), documentation completion (10 months), as well as application maintenance, training, and optional development services. An extension option of up to 54 months is possible, with the total contract period not exceeding March 31, 2035.

From the period starting 01.01.2024, 19,528 payment demands (unpaid/partially paid, without lawsuit/bailiff request), 10,715 court cases (unpaid/partially paid, without bailiff request), and 7,717 court cases (unpaid/partially paid, referred to bailiff) were in collection. The current monthly number of controls is 10,890, and the monthly number of penalized persons is 3,203. The collection rate in 2025 was approximately 62% on average. Processing of passenger complaints, appeals, and grievances regarding control activities. Preparation of documentation for granting debt relief for receivables of the City of Gdańsk, in accordance with City Council Resolution No. XLVII/1430/18 of 22 February 2018. Performance of additional activities related to ticket control or ongoing public transport management. A permanent customer service point must be maintained in the center of Gdańsk, Śródmieście, no more than 1 km from Gdańsk Główny railway station (reference point: ul. Supply of Electrical Energy

Supply of electrical energy. The contractor registers electricity supply contracts with the relevant distribution system operator (DSO) on their own behalf and on behalf of the clients. Conditions for delivery commencement include a successful supplier change, a valid distribution service contract for the consumer, and the effective termination of existing contracts. For first-time supplier changes, the contractor is obliged to submit the declaration required by the DSO on behalf of the client for the conclusion of an indefinite or fixed-term distribution contract. The termination of existing contracts is the responsibility of the client/consumer.
