Supply of Electrical Energy

Supply of electrical energy. The contractor registers electricity supply contracts with the relevant distribution system operator (DSO) on their own behalf and on behalf of the clients. Conditions for delivery commencement include a successful supplier change, a valid distribution service contract for the consumer, and the effective termination of existing contracts. For first-time supplier changes, the contractor is obliged to submit the declaration required by the DSO on behalf of the client for the conclusion of an indefinite or fixed-term distribution contract. The termination of existing contracts is the responsibility of the client/consumer.
