Consulting services for the protection of the Amazon rainforest: Analysis of strategic management and coordination, and impact analysis of the fifth phase of the deforestation combat plan PPCDAm; technical support for the development of action plans and conceptual structuring of programs; technical support for the development and publication of regulations; technical development and implementation of data processing, analysis, monitoring, and visualization systems (e.g., dashboards, panels, interfaces/APIs) and generation of periodic reports; technical support for further IT solutions; institutional organizational consulting focusing on systematic analysis, modeling, and optimization of administrative business processes (process mapping) for efficiency improvement; consulting services for the participatory involvement of representatives of traditional peoples and communities in decision-making bodies, and for the consideration and promotion of gender equality and human rights; conception, development, and execution of training courses (virtual and in-person) and online courses for employees of environmental institutions and multipliers; event management (workshops, strategic planning, technical-scientific seminars) including preparation, logistics (room rental, transmission technology, photographic documentation, participant management) and moderation; development and design of communication strategies and materials, as well as printing of publications and virtual dissemination for target group-specific addressing and for the prevention and classification of misinformation.
