Development and Support for Finance Management System (FMS) Upgrade

Implementation of a Finance Management System (FMS) upgrade: Transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 to cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Financial Management, including necessary customizations and integrations as per Appendix 1. Year 1 includes full system upgrade delivery, process flow/operational revision to optimize new functionality, service implementation, system testing, project management, and migration of relevant data from Microsoft Navision, limited to transactions and balances of the current year and the previous three (3) years. Also in Year 1, structured training sessions with role-based materials (End users, L1, L2 support) and complete system documentation are to be provided. Year 2 covers ongoing maintenance and support for all delivered Business Central customizations, supplemented by L3 and L4 support for advanced technical issues and escalations; L1 and L2 support are to be handled by in-house IT staff. Volume metrics are based on the last 12 months of operational activity as outlined in Appendix 1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central license fees are expressly excluded.
