Construction services for the maintenance of the Sachsenbrücke bridge near Pirna, 1st construction phase: Inventory, site setup, surveying services, traffic safety (traffic law arrangement, traffic guidance, safety, and diversion, 160 m temporary removal of FRS, 610 m² provisional crossings), 12,060 m² renewal of the bridge deck and connecting areas, 60 m² repair of the protective layer and bridge waterproofing, 65 units of road drain cleaning, 580 m² marking works. Construction completion by 30.06.2027, construction start no later than 12 working days after contract award. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. Required securities: 5% of the contract sum for contract fulfillment, 3% of the final invoice sum for defect claims. Required proofs include public liability insurance, qualification of the person responsible for safety work according to MVAS, bidder declaration for marking materials, qualification of the skilled worker and company for road markings according to ZTV M; further items as per the tender documents.
