Framework Agreement for Vegetation Maintenance on Roads in Meißen District
Vegetation Maintenance Framework Agreement: Contractor services for the maintenance of compensation areas in the Meißen district. Individual construction sites will be specified as needed during the contract period. Execution starts no later than 01.11.2026, ending on 31.10.2029. The scope of services is detailed in the 'Gross Quantities' appendix. Required evidence includes proof of expertise, performance capability, and reliability according to § 6a VOB/A, 1 to 3 references for crown care, tree remediation, or field hedge maintenance, public liability insurance, the qualification of the person responsible for safety work according to MVAS, and technical personnel with qualifications such as forest worker, forestry specialist, tree warden, or European Tree Worker. Planning services include obtaining traffic law orders. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted.
