Completion of works is by December 31, 2026, with construction start no later than 12 working days after contract award. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. A performance bond of 5% of the contract sum is required for contracts of at least 250,000.00 Euro net, while a bond for defect claims is waived. For suitability, at least 3 references from the last five years for waste clearance and organized disposal as well as earthworks are required, with at least one reference for waste clearance and organized disposal.
