Backup Connections for Voice Service Solution

Expansion of contract for backup connections for a voice service solution: This is necessary due to coverage issues preventing the full migration of all production units to the main provider. Mobile data connections with adequate transfer speeds are required to ensure uninterrupted operations. The scope also includes service manager services to support the management of the remaining connections and services, as well as the continued use of the phasing-out GeneSys customer service solution and its required connections until the migration is completed. The award is a direct award (additional order) under Section 41 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) due to unforeseen deviations in network coverage and operational reliability.
