Preparation of a new urban development plan for Tatabánya

Preparation of a new urban development plan and a new urban regulatory plan for Tatabánya, covering an area of 91.42 km² with a population of approximately 64,785 inhabitants. The services include the preparation of a new urban development plan, a new urban regulatory plan, an urban image manual, a heritage protection impact study, and an environmental impact assessment. According to Decree 419/2021. (VII.15.) Korm., the following tasks are to be performed: development of a foundational study, preparation of a value cadastre, revision of the urban image manual, preparation of a heritage protection impact study, conduct of an environmental study and preparation of an environmental assessment according to Decree 2/2005. (I. 11.) Korm., preparation of a supporting proposal, preparation of the urban development plan, preparation of the urban regulatory plan, preparation of decision-making documents and presentations for management, organization of public forums per district, participation in the review process. Designated planners must personally participate in municipal public consultations and possess a valid 'ügyfélkapu' (client gate) for administrative procedures. The contractor must ensure their planners' access and authorizations within the Electronic Regional Planning Support System (E-TÉR). Delivery formats and print numbers of documents will be specified in the draft contract. Technical requirements for map components of regulatory plans are regulated by the Településtervezési Szabályzat (TTSZ) based on Decree 419/2021. (VII. 15.)
