Creation of 2,700 Digital Building Logbooks (c-KOB): Determination and processing of required data based on provided paper documentation and own research, including the use of geodetic and cartographic services. This includes information on building type, function, year of commissioning, technical parameters (built-up area, height, volume, number of floors, number of units), installations and equipment, site plan, map identification, and details on asbestos-containing products and the competent building supervisory authority. The data must be delivered via a tool enabling direct export to the government system https://c-kob.gunb.gov.pl/. The contract will not be divided into lots due to technical, organizational, and economic reasons.
