Conformity assessment of investment projects and construction supervision for construction projects in Petrich Municipality: Preparation of conformity assessment reports for all project parts according to ZUT, including technical control of structural parts if necessary; assistance with investment project approval and issuance of construction permits; construction supervision during the construction phase until acceptance and commissioning; assessment of project changes during construction and preparation of corresponding reports; assistance with approval of project changes and amendment of construction permits; performance of functions as a Health and Safety Coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of 2004; preparation of a Final Report according to Art. 168 para. 6 ZUT, a Technical Passport according to Art. 176a ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006, and a Report on the implementation of the Construction Waste Management Plan according to Ordinance of 05.12.2017; management of commissioning processes until issuance of an occupancy permit; preparation and submission of reports and opinions upon request; management of defect rectification processes within warranty periods; fulfillment of administrative requirements. Liability for the construction supervision contract is for periods not less than the warranty periods in construction.
