Specialist Planning Services HVAC for Data Center and Renovation of DRV Office Königstein

Specialist Planning Services for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HVAC): for the renovation and integration of a data center at the German Pension Insurance Hessen office in Königstein im Taunus. The services include planning for the optimized use of existing buildings (main building and new building constructed in 2002) with a gross floor area of approx. 11,300 m² (net floor area approx. 9,900 m²) for an estimated 430 employees. This involves the introduction of a new usage concept (desk sharing, partially open space), the integration of a data center with availability class VK2+, the creation of a fire protection concept, application for a building permit, adjustments to the room structure, a fundamental renovation of the buildings, and the refurbishment of the exterior facades of the new building (HPL panels) and the main building. The specialist planning services are to be provided according to §§ 53 ff. in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI.
