Infrastructure Expansion - CI/CD Line

Delivery, commissioning, integration, and migration of infrastructure for the expansion of an existing CI/CD line and a VCF management domain at two locations (OPD1 and OPD2). Excluded are ICT products, services, or processes specified in recommendations under Art. 33 para. 4 of the National Cybersecurity System Act or in decisions regarding high-risk suppliers under Art. 67b para. 15 of the National Cybersecurity System Act. The implementation period is up to 74 working days from contract conclusion: delivery of hardware and licenses (up to 45 working days), assembly and commissioning of infrastructure in OPD1 and OPD2 (up to 5 working days after delivery), integration with the existing VCF management domain (up to 3 working days after commissioning), execution of reference migration (up to 3 working days after integration), execution of acceptance tests (up to 2 working days after reference migration), submission of post-implementation documentation and operational procedures (no later than the day of readiness for final acceptance), and rectification of non-conformities found during acceptance (up to 15 working days after notification). Hardware warranty/support is 60 months, and software subscription and manufacturer support is 60 months, each from the signing of the final acceptance protocol. Under the option right, the scope includes delivery of hardware and licenses (up to 45 working days from exercising the option), assembly and commissioning of infrastructure in OPD1 and OPD2 (up to 5 working days after delivery), integration with the existing VCF management domain (up to 3 working days after commissioning), execution of reference migration (up to 3 working days after integration), execution of acceptance tests (up to 2 working days after reference migration), submission of post-implementation documentation and operational procedures (no later than the day of readiness for final acceptance), and rectification of non-conformities found during acceptance (up to 15 working days after notification). Equivalent solutions are permissible if they meet the requirements to the same extent and are proven by the bidder.
