Expansion and Modification of Central Kitchen for Seinäjoki Central Hospital, PU-Contract

Expansion and modification works for the central kitchen at Seinäjoki Central Hospital, K-building section: Construction of a cold preparation kitchen, office and break rooms for kitchen staff, and necessary ancillary facilities. The contract is structured as a divided contract, with the building contractor acting as the main contractor and responsible main implementer according to YSE98. Building services contracts are subordinated as side contracts to the main contract. Separate contract-specific agreements will be made for all contracts; each side contractor must accept and sign a subordination agreement (RT 80271) with the main contract. The implementation follows demanding hospital construction standards, including cleanliness management (P1 construction method), hygiene, lifecycle and wear resistance, and logistical systematic implementation. The scope includes building and building services works, including demolition works. Each contractor performs demolition in their own area. Works outside the main contract area are also included, with restoration of the work area, structures, surfaces, systems, and equipment to their original condition.
