HVAC Contract for Expansion and Renovation of Seinäjoki Central Hospital Central Kitchen

HVAC works for the expansion and modification of Seinäjoki Central Hospital's central kitchen in building section K: establishment of a cold preparation kitchen, office and break rooms for kitchen staff, and necessary ancillary facilities. The contract is a divided contract, with the construction contractor acting as the main contractor and responsible main implementer according to YSE98. Building services contracts are subordinate sub-contracts to the main contract. Separate contracts will be made for each trade; each sub-contractor must accept and sign a subordination agreement (RT 80271). Execution requires P1 cleanliness management, hygiene, lifecycle and wear resistance, and logistical systematic implementation. The project includes construction and LVIKAS works (building services) including demolition. Each contractor performs demolition in their area. The work area also includes tasks outside the marked areas as per the construction and LVIAS plans (building services). Restoration of the work area, structures, surfaces, systems, and equipment to their original condition after works outside the main area is included. Site language and all documentation must be in Finnish.
