Screed works: Cleaning of the subfloor for heavy soiling (687 m²), breaking off and disposing of 610 steel eyelets, closing of 32 wall openings (up to 100 cm², depth up to 20 cm) and 6 ceiling openings (up to 500 cm², depth up to 20 cm), repairing plaster damage in the connection area above the raw ceiling (108 m²), raw floor leveling with bound EPS screed (687 m²), primer for upstands (722 m), waterproofing of the raw ceiling with 134 m² polymer bitumen PYE+Alu+PE (1st layer) and 674 m² (remaining layers), installation of an aluminum profile clamping rail for the waterproofing connection (60 mm, 114 m), installation of impact sound insulation (PE, 6/5 mm, 540 m²; MW, 5 kN/m², 12-2 mm, 153 m²), separation layer of PE film (0.2 mm, 693 m²), floating cement screed (F5, 45 mm, 687 m²) with plastic modification (687 m²) and consideration of additional/reduced thickness (10 mm, 687 m²). Multiple main offers are permitted, each must be capable of being awarded. The award criterion is price, determined from the evaluation sum considering discounts, reimbursement from the wage adjustment clause, and maintenance offers.
