Screed works: thermal insulation, 50 mm thickness: approx. 1,100 m²; impact sound insulation, TS 22/20: approx. 350 m²; cement screed, CT-C 35, F5, 60 mm thickness: approx. 770 m²; screed, CT-F4-45 mm: approx. 330 m². Execution period: May 10, 2027 to June 4, 2027. Security for contract performance: 5% of the contract sum (from 250,000 Euro net); security for defect claims: 3% of interim payments. Proof of suitability via pre-qualification register or self-declaration of suitability (form VHB 124). Funding by the Free State of Thuringia (ERDF 2021-2027, Thuringian Urban Development Guideline) and KFW; further items as per the tender documents.
