Evaluation of the Federal Funding Program 'Energy Consulting for Residential Buildings' (EBW): Assessment of the effects of the funding guideline for the funding years 2019-2025, contribution to success control according to § 7 para. 2 BHO (target achievement, impact, and economic efficiency control), development of proposals for the further development of the funding guideline, and provision of data for national and European reporting obligations (NAPE, EED). The contract is divided into three work packages: WP 1 execution of target achievement, impact, and economic efficiency control, WP 2 development of recommendations for program development, WP 3 provision of data for national and European reporting obligations.
