The solution replaces an existing legacy application that processes approximately 59,000 registered participants and an average of 20,000 registrations annually. Goals include ensuring the continuity and reliability of event and education management, simplifying the registration process, supporting organizers and administrators, integrating participant registration, attendance tracking, certification, and evaluation, reducing manual operations, better supporting invoicing processes, strengthening data self-service and reporting, and transparently managing access rights. An integrated standard solution with minimal customization, integration with existing GO! systems (contact database, financial system), user-friendliness, scalability, and flexible expandability through maintenance and updates are required.
