Expert Pool for Social Protection and Disability Inclusion of Refugees and Host Communities in Jordan
Expert Pool for Social Protection and Inclusion: Provision of extended-term and short-term experts for the SPIRIT project in Jordan to support the GIZ project team. Experts contribute to project objectives and indicators, both remotely and in-country. The contractor identifies and manages the expert pools and implements selected activities in the intervention areas: disability identification, strengthening physical and digital referral mechanisms, establishing inclusive independent living services in selected facilities of the Ministry of Social Development in Amman and potentially other governorates, facilitating national consultations and the development of policy recommendations, and providing technical digitalization inputs. Additionally, experts strengthen external communication and visibility measures, support community engagement and outreach, strengthen SPIRIT's monitoring systems, contribute to module and output indicator tracking, and implement the GIZ Capacity WORKS framework across the project cycle. Country-specific activities are implemented under the guidance of the GIZ team in-country.
