Application of the Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation approach to strengthen governance in the water sector in Lesotho
Consulting services for strengthening governance in the water sector in Lesotho: Improvement of transboundary, climate-resilient water management through sustainable governance structures, specifically strengthening national water sector capacities to improve services and cooperation at community, catchment, and transboundary levels (Output 3.1). This includes developing a PDIA implementation plan, identifying and analyzing core problems in the water sector, conducting root cause analyses, defining entry points and sequencing, designing and implementing iterative 'small bets' with structured learning cycles, documenting quick wins and lessons learned, and implementing an exit and handover process. The services will primarily be performed in Maseru, Lesotho, with a small portion of remote work for the team leader and limited in-country travel for core experts.
