Notice title: Fachplanung für Technische Ausrüstung (HOAI Teil 4 Abschnitt 2), ALG 1, 2, 3, 8 (HLS)
Specialist planning for technical equipment: System groups 1 (wastewater, water, and gas systems, cost group 410), 2 (heating systems, cost group 420), 3 (ventilation systems, cost group 430), 8 (building automation, cost group 480) with service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 2. Commissioning is phased; Phase 1 includes service phases 1 to 3. There is no entitlement to transfer further service phases. The start of Phase 1 is planned for early March 2027. The budget for cost groups 200 to 700 is approx. 12.4 million EUR gross.
