Technical Equipment Planning for Bethanien Education Center Expansion

Technical equipment planning for the expansion of the Bethanien Education Center for Healthcare Professions: Plant groups 4 (heavy current systems), 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems), 6 (conveyor systems) according to service phases 1 to 9 of Part 4 Section 2 HOAI 2021. Commissioning is staged, with stage 1 covering service phases 1 to 3. There is no entitlement to the transfer of further service phases. Commissioning and start of stage 1 are planned for early March 2027. The budget for cost groups 200 to 700 is approximately 12.4 million EUR gross.
