TGA HLS Specialist Planning: HOAI service phases 1-6, staged commissioning for the general renovation of building section C and the administrative areas of building section B of the Aartalschule in Aarbergen-Kettenbach. Building section C, built in 1971/72, comprises three floors with a library, cafeteria, technical rooms, transformer station, science and craft classrooms, server room, and 6 additional classrooms. There is a significant renovation backlog, and the technical systems are outdated. The building envelope needs energetic upgrading with new window elements, facade, and roof structure. Fundamental interventions in the room layout are possible. Increased effort due to contaminated materials is expected during conversion and demolition work. Existing areas: Building section C 3,497.81 m², Building section B Administration 245.97 m².
