Structural Engineering for Aartalschule General Renovation
Structural engineering, HOAI service phases 1-6, commissioned in stages, for the general renovation of building section C and the administrative areas of building section B of the Aartalschule in Aarbergen-Kettenbach. Building section C (built 1971/72, three floors) comprises 3,497.81 m² of area, and the administrative areas of building section B comprise 245.97 m² of area. The renovation includes the renewal of specialized rooms, technical systems, energy-efficient upgrading of the building envelope with new window elements, facade, and roof structure, as well as possible interventions in the room layout. Increased effort due to contaminated materials is expected during conversion and demolition work.
