Project Management for General Renovation of Aartalschule Aarbergen-Kettenbach

Project management: Basic services according to AHO No. 9, project phases 1-5, staged commissioning for the general renovation of building section C and the administrative areas of building section B of the Aartalschule in Aarbergen-Kettenbach. Building section C (built 1971/72, three floors) includes a library, cafeteria, technical rooms, transformer station, science and craft classrooms, collection rooms, server room, and 6 classrooms. The renovation includes addressing renovation backlog in specialized classrooms, adapting outdated technical systems, energy-efficient upgrading of the building envelope (windows, facade, roof structure), and potential interventions in the room layout. Increased effort due to pollutant-contaminated materials must be considered. Existing areas: Building section C 3,497.81 m², Building section B Administration 245.97 m².
