Specialist Planning Technical Equipment ELT for New Construction of a Residential and Support Facility in Veitshöchheim

Specialist planning services for technical equipment (ELT) according to HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2 §§ 53 ff. for plant groups ALG 4, 5, and 6: staged commissioning of basic services for service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9. Initially, only stages 1 and 2 with service phases 1+2 and 3+4 are commissioned, including associated special services; further stages will follow according to the contract template based on HAV-KOM Engineering Contract – Technical Equipment. Special services include: advising the client and assisting with funding procedures, advising the client and providing input for the proof of use, consideration of life cycle costs such as operating and usage costs of the technical systems per plant group (ELT) in service phase 2. Commissioning is dependent on the provision of financial and funding resources; there is no legal claim to the commissioning of further stages or special services. The client intends to conclude a project-related excess liability insurance, to whose costs the essential planning participants (object planning, outdoor facilities, structural engineering, technical equipment HLS and ELT) must contribute proportionally to their fees. According to HOAI 2021, minimum and maximum rates have been abolished; fees are determined by agreement, with the fee tables representing orientation values. A higher or lower fee than the orientation values can be agreed upon.
