Architectural planning for building, interiors, and outdoor facilities for new residential and support center in Veitshöchheim

Architectural services for building and interior object planning, and outdoor facilities object planning: joint commissioning, but with two separate contracts; award will be granted to a single joint offer. Permitted applicant constellations include an architectural firm for both areas, an architectural firm with a subcontractor for outdoor facilities planning, or a consortium of an architect and a landscape architect. Object planning for buildings and interiors according to HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1 §§ 34 ff. includes phased commissioning of basic services for service phases 3 to 9 (full) and remaining services for phases 1 + 2; initially only stages 1 + 2 with LPH 1+2 and 3+4, including associated special services. Object planning for outdoor facilities according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 2, §§ 38 ff. includes phased commissioning of basic services for service phases 3 to 9 (full) and remaining services for phases 1 + 2; initially only stages 1 + 2 with LPH 1+2 and 3+4, including associated special services. Special services include advising the client and assisting with funding procedures (stage 2), advising and contributing to the proof of use (stage 3+4), and incorporating, reviewing, evaluating, and responsibly taking over preliminary planning services according to § 8 HOAI. Commissioning is subject to the availability of financial and funding resources; there is no legal claim to commissioning or further stages/special services. A project-related excess liability insurance will be taken out, with planning participants (object planning including outdoor facilities, structural engineering, technical equipment HLS and ELT) contributing to the costs based on a fee-proportional key. HOAI 2021 abolishes binding minimum and maximum rates; fees are based on agreement, with the basic fee rate applying if no agreement is made. Further items as per the tender documents.
